Two to three weeks of making, then dispatch. Heavier hand-embroidered lehengas can take a few days longer; we confirm the date before work starts.

India, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Indonesia. Prices are listed in INR; your bank converts at checkout.

Shipping within India is complimentary. International rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

International orders may attract import duty in the destination country. That is charged by your customs authority, not by us.

Because each piece is cut to your measurements we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. This is standard for made-to-order couture and it is why we would rather you asked us first.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange an alteration — the most common fixes are a blouse or a hem and they are quick.

Photograph the parcel and the piece before removing tags and email us the same day. A damaged or incorrect piece is replaced or refunded in full.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within five to seven business days of us receiving the piece.
